Tours (Selection) 1994 - 1998

In the last few years HAHN PRODUKTION has initiated and organised numerous national and international tours.

Political developments and increasing resonance around the world in recent years have increased the possibilities for international cultural exchange. Due to this, the company has been able to broaden its audience and bring a variety of cultural events to new circles, thus achieving its aim of bringing about a constant increase of interest in cultural exchange amongst the general public.

1994:

Scholem Alechem´s acclaimed production of “TEWJE” was presented during Kiev´s Iwan Franco Theatre´s guest performance at the Bayerisches Staatsschauspiel in Munich. Lubimovka: Jean-Guy Lecat (stage designer for Peter Brook) held a seminar for stage design and architecture students during January 1994.

1995:

The Bayerisches Staatschauspiel/Marstalltheater enjoyed great success with André Wilms´ staging of “ZWISCHEN ZWEI FEUERN” by the young author Albert Ostermayer from Munich during their tour to Kiev.

1996:

HAHN PRODUKTION, in collaboration with the Goethe Institute, organised two premieres by Germany´s most important dramatist; Tankred Dorst, which were performed in the Ukraine. Kiev´s Lessja Ukrajinka Theatre gave the premiere of “FERNANDO KRAPP HAT MIR DIESEN BRIEF GESCHRIEBEN” in March 1996 in the Reithalle in Munich.

1996/1997:

Under the umbrella of the Bavarian/Ukrainian cultural exchange project (supported by the Bavarian State Ministry for Education, Culture, Science and Art), the E.T.A. Hoffmann Theater from Bamberg performed “DAS FRÄULEIN VON SCUDERI” in October during their tour to Kiev´s Ivan Franco Theatre. Representing the Ukraine, Mimikritschi, Kiev´s clown theatre, appeared in January 1997 in Munich.

1998:

HAHN PRODUKTION organised an extensive concert tour with the jazz band “Funkability” and the “Unterbiberger Hofmusik” to Kazachstan and Khirgisia.
